The Sondo app allows users to create songs using AI-powered tools. Key features include:

• Uploading content such as text and audio files ("Inputs").
• Generating AI-enhanced music tracks ("Outputs").
• Customizing song templates and effects to create unique music content.

Access to some features may require a subscription or in-app purchases. Additional terms may apply to specific services.

3. Ownership and User Content

Ownership of Inputs and Outputs:

• Inputs remain your property, provided you have the necessary rights.
• Outputs may contain proprietary components owned by the app, which remain the app's property.

License to Use: By using the app, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your Inputs and Outputs for improving the app, training AI models, and developing new features. This license is transferable and sublicensable.

User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that your Inputs do not violate any laws or infringe the rights of others.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the app for unlawful activities. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to:

• Uploading or creating harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
• Using the app for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the app.
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to misuse the app.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Sondo AI Inc. regarding the app. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
