1. Agreement to Terms

Before uploading or accessing user-generated content (UGC) features, you must explicitly consent to these Terms and the Privacy Policy via in-app confirmation.

2. Services and Features

The Sondo app allows users to create AI-powered music, upload content, and share songs with the community. Some advanced features require subscriptions or in-app purchases.

3. Refund Policy

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the app for unlawful activities. Prohibited actions include, but are not limited to:

• Uploading illegal, harmful, hateful, harassing, or pornographic content.

• Using bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate app features.
• Spreading viruses, scams, or disrupting the app’s functionality.

5. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Sondo allows users to upload and share music, lyrics, images, and other materials (“Contributions”). By submitting content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have permission to share the content.
• Your content does not infringe on third-party rights.
• Your contributions do not contain explicit, hateful, violent, defamatory, or illegal material.

Violation of these rules may result in content removal or account suspension.

6. Reporting and Blocking

We provide tools to maintain a safe community:

• Report Content: Users can report inappropriate content, including hate speech, harassment, sexual material, violence, scams, and copyright infringement.
• Block Users: Users can block violators to avoid seeing their content or messages.
• Moderation SLA: Reported content is reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

• Some features require an active subscription.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Charges are billed to your App Store or Google Play account.
• To cancel your subscription, please manage it directly via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Pricing is displayed in-app and may vary by region and currency.

8. Copyright Policy

You retain ownership of your lawful uploads and generated music. By uploading content, you grant Sondo a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it within the app. Do not upload copyrighted material without permission; repeat infringers may be banned.

Your use of Sondo is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains data collection, storage, and usage practices.

10. Disclaimer

The app and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted service, accuracy, or performance.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sondo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
