These Terms govern the use of the Sondo platform, an AI-driven music creation and music video generation application provided by Sondo AI Inc.
The User must read this document carefully.

2. Services and Features
Sondo – AI Music Video Application provides AI-driven creative tools that enable users to generate personalized music videos (MV) and visual content based on uploaded photos, music, or selected creative styles.
Key features include:
- Upload user-provided photos or images to generate visual content for music videos.
- Upload or select music, and generate AI-driven music videos (MV) based on the music's rhythm and style.
- Generate personalized visual effects based on themes, styles, or creative options selected by the user.
- View, save, and manage generated music videos and image content within the application.
Access to certain features or content may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Specific premium features or services may be subject to additional terms.
3. Terms of Use
By using Sondo, Users confirm to meet the following requirements:
- Users aren't located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo;
- Users aren't listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties;
- Users must comply with the App Store Terms: Users acknowledge that these Terms are between the User and Sondo AI Inc only, and not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
4. Ownership and User Content
Ownership of User Content:
Users retain ownership of the audio, photos, and content they upload to Sondo, provided they have the necessary rights and permissions to do so.
Ownership of Generated Content:
Sondo AI Inc does not claim ownership of AI-generated music or videos created for users. The App’s underlying software, models, and technology remain the property of Sondo AI Inc.
License to Use:
By using the App, users grant Sondo AI Inc a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to process user-uploaded content solely for the purpose of providing the requested AI music and video generation services.
This license terminates when the user deletes the content or their account.
5.AI Content Safety, User Reporting, and Enforcement
The Services may include AI-powered features that allow users to generate, edit, transform, animate, or otherwise create images, videos, text, and other content. You are solely responsible for the prompts, images, materials, instructions, and other inputs that you submit, as well as for your use of any AI-generated content.
6. Copyright Policy (DMCA Notice)
Sondo AI Inc respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same.
If you believe that any content available on or through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) by providing our designated copyright agent with the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
- Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address;
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notification, we will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content and take reasonable steps to notify the user who posted such content.
Counter-Notification:
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification by providing our copyright agent with the following information:
- Your physical or electronic signature;
- Identification of the content that has been removed or disabled and the location where the content appeared before it was removed or disabled;
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification;
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or your location if outside the United States), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification.
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed content in accordance with applicable law.
Repeat Infringer Policy:
Sondo AI Inc will terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
The generated content is created automatically by artificial intelligence and is provided for entertainment and creative purposes only.
Sondo AI Inc does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or suitability of any generated content. Such content should not be relied upon as professional, legal, or factual advice.
5. Subscriptions, Purchases, and Refunds
Some features require payment. By subscribing or making purchases, you agree to the following:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Payments and subscriptions are managed by the App Store, Google Play Store, or Stripe, and are subject to their respective terms.
- Refund requests are handled by the payment platform through which the purchase was made.
- If you subscribed to our products through the Sondo official website, you can find the cancellation option on the subscription page.
- Statutory Right of Withdrawal and Exemption
- To the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to the 14-day statutory withdrawal right in the EU, UK, and EEA, or the applicable cooling-off period in regions such as South Korea and Taiwan, you expressly consent that the delivery of digital content, including but not limited to one-time purchases, virtual tokens, credits, generated content, or other digital features, begins immediately upon completion of payment.You acknowledge and agree that, by consenting to the immediate performance and delivery of such digital content, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal, order cancellation, or refund, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
9. Account Management
Account Deletion:
Users may request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting our support team.
Account Termination:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activities.
10. Legal Provisions
Intellectual Property:
All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including its software, design, and underlying technology, are owned by Sondo AI Inc.
Service Availability:
Sondo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Third-Party Services:
Certain features may rely on third-party AI or cloud providers. Such providers operate under their own terms and policies.
11. Modifications to the Service
Sondo AI Inc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App or its features at any time. We may also update these Terms periodically.
